I I have been staying under my RDI but feel I havent lost any this week. I don't weigh in until Wed. I feel fat today. I went for a walk and climbed 4 flights of stairs and on tread mill for 15 minutes. I really want to break that 180 lb mark. 179 1/2 would make me happy Wed. I just feel fat and lazy today. Thats my story and I am sticking to it. LOL

Looking at your diet calendar for today, looks to me like you may be getting a lot of sodium in the soup you eat, that could cause to hold water. Just don't give up, you WILL break the 180 mark.
