Ok so my scale says I lost a pound but the one at the gym says I didn't, and usually both scales are pretty close with each other. So Im not going to put anything down. Yes I wish I lost at least a pound but honestly, I feel really good, I feel lighter, my gut feels lighter, so I'm happy.. That's what matters. Now Im just scared cuz Im going out to dinner tonight with my BF, we go out every week. I just took my kids out to Sizzler last night for early Valentines. I know if I just watch what I eat and drink Ill be ok. But this is when I go out and have fun, I don't think once a week is going to kill me. You all have a great day..
