Setelah seminggu program makan berantakan, akhirnya bisa masak sendiri. Maksi plus sarapan tumis kecambah, kacang panjang, tempe, dada ayam suir dan sosis. Minum segelas air putih. Bersyukur BB g naik signifikan ?
