I really like the update that was release this week. I like being able to set the defaults. I wonder how often people weight in. I only get on the scales every 2 weeks or so. It's a fight to even wait that long, but I know if I do it every day I will get upset if the number doesn't fall. I am taking this slow and easy so I can do it right and keep the weight off and I know that means the numbers won't fall as fast I would want them too.
