Doing better with getting all my foods/meals in. It helps with planning ahead.
Goal for this week: Plan ahead and get my fruits in and walk Dexter, the dog, every night (except Monday since I work a 12 day).

Great plan. I started on the gold plan and I thought that was the hardest for me. But once you get a hang of weighing/measuring the food it gets easier. I took advantage of the frozen foods, and individual servings. Such as the 4 oz. yogurt cups, bagels (weigh them, you'll be surprised at their weight), cheese sticks, bananas etc. I wash and portion out my fruit serving into snack bags and leave them in the box in the fridge. That helps with packing my lunch for the next day easier. Hang in there.

Great ideas, I never thought about weighing my bagel, what weight are we allowed to have? I eat the small bagel as one serving of starch, is that right?
