I'm hungry!! BUT, . . . I try to think of it this way: If I've had enough to eat but I just WANT more, then that feeling of hunger just means I'm losing weight!

Perhaps you have valid hunger - 650 calories per day is so little to exist on. You will put your body into starvation mode which will stop your weight loss. According to most experts you must get at least 1200 calories per day. Just a thought.
