I went to the doctor for a small outpatient procedure, and was weighed in with too much of my EDC gear on, because there was little spare time to get procedure started.

Due to this I am guessing at my actual weight being the same as my last weigh-in...
194.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
