Hello Journal! Great hot yoga session last night! I so needed that!! Got a great night of sleep thanks to yoga; looking forward to next month's one!
Today I got up early, housework, shopping, laundry, and other chores. Having a break now, then out to visit a friend. It is bloody cold out there, minus 10-12, I'll run at the gym tomorrow morning.
