Okay, so a couple of days ago I did it...I signed up to run a 5k with Derek on May 22nd in South Portland. It is called Race 4 an Angel KO if you are interested. I can't believe I am willing going to run! I didn't even do that stuff in high school! I need to pick up the pass big time in the next two months so that I don't die at the finish line. I love my videos and jillian does kick my butt, but running stinks! Here goes nothing:) PS- I need to go exercise now when I put the kids down for a nap (if I can swing it). TTYL

You are awesome! You've motivated me..... so far I can only run 1.5 MAX at the gym at 6.0mph (before passing out). That'd be a lot of work! I'm going to talk to Kevin when he gets home......

You motivate me and I'm going to sign up for that 5K too... I am slightly over worked and stressed out but hopefully April 1st I can get back on track.... you ladies are great! Keep up the great work!!!!!
