OMG...wonders why the hell hasn't anyone ever mentioned Chia Seeds...
They are brilliant and natural source of protein & omega 3.
I have done absolutely nothing different with my diet except for taking a tablespoon of these a day and now my weight is starting to drop.
Success at last!!
