Hopefully this uploads correctly... I keep talking about getting heavier dumbbells, but I should really focus on getting the most out of the ones I already have. I found this workout on Pinterest, and while I don't believe it will actually give me a flat stomach, it looks like a good balanced core workout that I can add to my existing routine of squats, dead lifts, and overhead presses.
