Woohoo another great weigh in before workouts etc
Maintaining healthy eating exercise once a day usually yoga long runs once a week dessert every night plant based physique 8 metabolic age 12 bf 20% muscle mass 87.8 content with my weight and progress great feeling
115.0 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 115.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
