3rd day this week I worked out before work and on Tuesday I did a 2-fer by going to the gym in the morning and then playing soccer later that night.
Added lifting into my routine and went kind of overboard with legs last week (my calves were unbearably sore for days afterward) but I like that when I wake up in the morning I can feel that I worked some muscles that I usually don't!
Considering I've also been in apartment hunting mode this week, I'm pretty proud of myself for getting the workouts in.
