as we all know none of this is ever easy, and as I've been attempting this 'NO WEIGH MAY', it has so far been anything but a success for me. the first two or three days I felt great, after that I started to feel so sluggish I couldn't move let me correct that didn't want to move and anytime I did someone needed something or there was housework to do which would get in my way of getting I wanted done. I'm not here trying to make excuses for my shortcomings, I live in New England so the weather here is very unpredictable therefore I'm not always able to get outside to do the outdoor activities I would like along with the fact that I feel I'm a person who needs conversation to motivate me if that makes any sense, if I'm in the middle of an activity and holding a conversation at the same time I get more activity done because the conversation has distracted me and kept me moving unfortunately though I don't have someone who I can go out and be active and conversate was at the same time no friends no workout Buddies no walking Buddies really it's just me., and getting housework done is never-ending as I live in a one-room apartment and there is so much clutter there is no room to move, even if there weren't clutter I have no room to get any indoor exercise done without having to rearrange the house everyday. as far as diet itself goes, it feels like the harder I try to eat properly the more my boyfriend subconsciously sabotages me by bringing in all kinds of cakes and cookies and candy bars and when it's not that it's ice cream, or just plain out starches up the ying-yang, so I'm going to go back to eating the way I normally do and just try to get some outdoor activities of course weather permitting and hope to see some progress in the right direction very soon.🍀
