Grasa 19%. Llegue al peso que queria 165lbs. Trabajar bajar 5 lbs mas pero este era el peso weigth watcher en Terre Haute 2007. Mucho Jogging 35 a 40min diario. Cuando realizo trabajo comunitario como ayer bajo mas rapido y no pienso en comida.
