Good morning Journal! Weight down this morning, by a good 200 gr. That's the morning after a long run plus light dinner. I did not manage to do 14kms last night, but really happy with my 12kms; ran the frist 10kms in 1 hour (10km/h thus, good pace for me!), then the last 2 at around 9.5km/h. I have to space out my runs better next week, because I could feel it in my legs last night: 25kms in 4 days, since Sunday seems to be too much for me; I need more recovery time in between.

Otherwise, still doing great; the weather is a bit more bearable before sunset, but no way one can run outdoors after 6pm, freezing and windy.

Planning to do a hot yoga tomorrow night.
