Oy Mate!.....As you know our challenge is not a diet per say...Its all about monitoring our intake so we can make healthy adjustments.. To that end there is no need to buy special food. Believe me I know what its like being broke and not having $ for quality food all the time being in the construction industry.
Its all in your will power to abstain to just one portion or reduced portion no mater what it is were eating..Thats the tough part..Having "Correct food" is not going to help us succeed 100% with that....Its a mind set...Its your individual and our collective monster that we all need to face. Keep honest with your daily tracking...Keep honest with not cheating or hiding and keep honest to the daily RDI you have set for yourself and you WILL see success...it will not be as fast as you want it to be but it will happen!
