why is that the more i diet, the more i ate? all the bad food seems to fall to my lap and become more tempting.I dont eat at mc Donald for more than 3 month, and as soon as I restart my diet, I ate 2 doublecheese burger in a week. Add up with pizza hut slices and more carbs intake.. I cant seems to refuse the temptation. God! this is so frustating.
