10st 8.6lb 25.9% Fat, no WW. Weekend in Bath did me no favours! But now a seriously focussed reading period has ended and I need to get that focus back on eating and exercise, both of which have fallen by the wayside and languished there for far too long! My cinema membership hasn't exactly been encouraging activity either!! But it has at least forced me to break the habit of always having treats now I go much more often, but I do often take something for fidgety fingers which helps :)
