How disappointing! I have been so good but not budged. I have noticed that my work trousers are need pulling up all the time so thats good but no go on the scales. I do struggle with the water but am trying to get a good daily intake. Also have very bad back pain since surgery last Sep and find exercising very hard, even walking makes it worse. Think the lack of exercise is hold me back. Still I am hoping that if I keep on track I will break through the 170's and get into the 160's and that will give me a boost.

I no how you feel, don't worry about the exercise, let the diet plan work for you. Take your success in how closely you can follow the plan. I almost drove myself crazy weighing myself daily, I would obsess over it, weighing multiple times a day, of course always with a different number. Sometimes up and sometimes down. Do you use Ketositx to measure the ketones in your urine. I use them every day and I am in ketosis every day, which is to say that I do not have enough carbs in my blood to burn and am burning primarily fat....my fat. Soooo, if I am keeping away from carbs (no more than 20 grams) and I am in ketosis and I feel my clothes fit better and i feel better....then who cares what the scale sz. Weigh yourself once a week and force yourself not to peek until then.
