This site is amazing. You can find all kinds of recipes and tips. I love the fact that I can update my food right from my cell phone. This way I don't forget to enter everything. I would recommend taking both side and front pictures of yourself and taking your measurements. This way if you don't have a scale loss you can check your measurements and how you look. I have just finished basically a month long stall but I had lost several inches. Good luck. I still have 41 lbs to go but this has changed my way of life. I am not using any fads or pills or any of that "easy" way just plain old fashion better eating and started to exercise.
