I'm done with my medications for my back pain and it appears that the weight is now coming off again. Wheew!!! I was getting a bit discouraged there for a moment. I'm hoping to take off two pounds within the next two weeks so I can finally earn my 10lb ribbon at my WW meeting. Who would have thought this time around it would take soooo long to lose the first 10 pounds....I think I'll treat myself to a nice massage after I earn that ribbon!!! ;-D
