Good morning Journal! All good, I did beat my PB last night running (on treadmill): 5 kms in 30 mins 04 secs!! At the race in December I did 30 mins 22 secs. Hip hip hip!!! I am sure I can go under 30 mins soon!! I'll target 29 mins 50 secs for next week.
Got on the scales this morning: still 64 kgs. But it is so damn coooold out there, my body is craving more fat! So I won't bother for the rest of the week, and eat more 'winter' meals.
Spinning tonight with my gym buddies (but one session only)!
