I did not get a chance to work out today. I had an assignment due for my children's literature class. I finished the assignment and that is one less thing I do not have to be concerned about. I will try to get in an exrta two hours sometime this week to offset my miss today. I kind of slacked off on eating today as well. I skipped breakfast a big no-no, my throat is still a little scratchy. I made some peppermint tea and that soothed mt throat a lot. I don't like taking medicine. I ate turkey chili for lunch with some veggie crisps. For dinner, I had a veggie pizza made with flat bread, (90 calories) mushrooms, spinach, and tomato with low skim mozzarella(about two tablespoons). I also added two tablespoons of salsa. For snack I had 1/2 apple and peanut butter. I also had a handful of nuts. I don't know if I ate too many calories, but I don't think I did. I am for sure goin to get on track after Thanksgiving. Wev are going on a fast next week at church only fruits, veggies, 100% juice, and water. I will also use the oppurtunity to get focused on my goals and pray for strength to make it through the Holidays.
