I'm not sure why I even try to walk on the weekend. There were so many people at the park that I hadn't seen in so long. I can walk but I don't walk nearly as much. Oh well I guess I can take it easier on the weekend.
Today I wasn't particularly feeling like walking but I know that if didn't I wouldn't do anything at home either. I did a cb walk. I did walk for a little over 5 miles today though.
After my time at the park yesterday I went out and had a real breakfast. I say real because it wasn't my normal sandwich breakfast it was corned beef hash, 3 eggs, toast, and 2 pancakes. We ate a restaurant. Maybe that's the reason why I didn't want to walk today. Either way I'm back to the norm now. I think I will be so relieved once i get into the 260's. I am going to take a break from the whole dieting thing. I say that now but I know I will watch what I eat the rest of my life.
