Day #1 - weighed in at 199.4 @ 12:30 pm after lunch, will do measurements and pics tonight, very excited hope the excitment doesn't fade :)
199.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

1031 kcal Fat: 62.54g | Prot: 81.42g | Carb: 28.20g.   Breakfast: water, stevia, neufchatel cheese, non dairy creamer, egg, butter, milled flax seed. Lunch: Large Grade A Eggs (Hard Boiled), Classic Yellow Mustard, Real Mayonnaise, pickles and peppers, canned tuna. Dinner: black olives, Family Recipe Italian Dressing, jalapeno, red bell pepper, romaine, spinach, cottage cheese, pork tenderloin. Snacks/Other: rockstar, Jell-O Sugar-Free Gelatin. more...

Let me know if you want me to bring my measuring tape. I wish I had done pics from the start, but maybe I'll take pics anyway. I mean I'm still way overweight. And if you look in my recipes, you'll see one for a MIM with sour cream. I'll bring some Splenda for you to try to see if you like it better than Stevia.
