Ok so, I haven't been doing so great. One day I stick 100% to my diet , I work out hard and strong burning at least 600 calories, the next day i am craving carbs SO BAD that I crash everything I just worked so.hard on. I stay between 179 and 181 but that is not ok with Mr. I don't want to maintain, I want to kose. It's not a plateau, its just not staying focused. Getting paid tomorrow so I can go grocery shopping again( one problem is no healthy food in house, we are down to the nitty gritty of ramen noodles and mac and cheese for the kids. Anyone have any ideas on how to keep me motivated?
