Today was the Superbowl and we always get pizza and soda. I still went with tradition but I switched it up and got a thin crust for myself, with Dr Pepper 10 instead of regular. I counted calories and still stayed under too. I was proud of myself and I didn't feel deprived. Today I also started my ab challenge that I'll do once a day and I took my measurements. I can't wait to see how I progress!
