This new fasting method is nothing new to the nutrition community. The current plan I am following is to resit hunger until dinner time and drink at least two cups of coffee to suppress hunger.
198.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
