Morning all! Today's what's called a refeed day. So be ready to see higher carbs entered today. ✅
Refeeds are used for many purposes. Some of my clients even get multiple a week. Since I'm coming off a competition from last week 💪🏻🏆🥇my refeeds are 1️⃣ times a week.
