Good afternoon buddies,
I haven't written in a while just because life has been so hectic. My WOE is good, but I'm under my RDA most days just because of stress. My furbaby, Sarge, is going to need back surgery for a bulging disk, and it just terrifies me. We'll probably schedule it in the next week or two. It's at 30% so not considered an emergency.
Otherwise, I'm drinking plenty of water and getting my workouts in. I actually have on a pair of pants today that I've never worn because my tummy is flatter...so exciting!!! :)
