Decided to get serious again starting May 1. Made a large batch of Chicken based Bone Broth. Fasted 24hr from 11AM Monday until 11AM Tuesday consuming nothing other than Broth, water and coffee. I felt great and not overly hungry, but I still ate too much for lunch, about a 1/2lb of broiled whitefish and 3/4lb of veggies/small salad. Not much in carbs, but I was very bloated for the next couple of hours. Walked 6 miles after work with little issue, but today I am a bit sore and tired from not having dinner. I was going to try another 24hr fast today, but I'am thinking 18hrs is good enough and I'm going to have some scrambled eggs and spinach for breakfast and sip Broth until a light lunch. down 5lb since last Friday!
240.3 lb Lost so far: 40.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
