Another crisp morning but sunshine felt good while walking. Snacks went nuts yesterday late afternoon just no excuse for me !

Not much this weekend except Super Bowl tomorrow, and laundry today, what else can a girl ask for ?????

Must have been one of those day - I had 2 oz of almonds on top overeating everything else. Tomorrow's snacks will be carefully planned.
