Since the medication causes you to be quite disinterested in food, I stalled for an entire week. I wondered how I could make sure to get enough calories so my metabolism didn't slow and so my body would release more weight. It hit me like a ton of bricks.. why aren't I trying JUDDDD with the medication? JUDDDD was working wonders for me when I had the willpower to do the DownDays correctly. The only reason I stopped JUDDDD was because I couldn't control my eating on the DownDays. So I gave it a try 4 days ago and the weight is melting off again. Sweet! So I weighed 228-point-something at the Dr's office on January 22nd. Today, 213.2!!!! Suh-weeeeet!
