This is going to be a trying weekend for me. I have grandchildren this weekend and we're doing a lot of eating out. I'm glad my weigh-in was this morning. I'll have to get back on track on Monday. But, I will say that I made decent choices when we ate out today. Grilled chicken salad instead of burgers and fries and a small ice cream cone instead of a Blizzard. :-/
