Going away for the weekend. Two nights in a hotel and going to a Flames-Blackhawks hockey game. It's going to be a challenge keeping things in perspective. Anyone have any tips as to what kinds of restaurants do the least damage? One night is definitely sushi, lunches and the other dinner worry me.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
