Thanks so much for your encouragment...Yes, I am glad to be back on site AND back on plan...I am feeling better....I am going to predict that by "this time next year." (April 1st...May 1st) that BOTH of us are going to have made MAJOR progress on our goals....God bless you, My courageous FS Buddy!!!!!!!

I also plan on having major progress towards my goal. I need to buy a scale so I can actually weigh myself to see progress. I was on fatsecret before, but I was horrible at trying to keep track of everything. I haven't kept up with the food as much as I should have, but I am trying to keep track of my walking so I will be able to see how much progress I make once I start weighing myself again.
