So the last couple of weeks have been so good! I have really begun to see my weight loss! It is definitely giving me more confidence. I am excited to weigh in tonight with the trainer, hoping I hit that 20 pound mark. I over did it Tuesday night at the gym though so I didn’t workout last night. I did my 700 calories Tuesday and then thought I'll shoot some hoops and if people ask me to play a game I'll just say no. Well that was easier said than done 4 full court games later I left the gym...exhausted at 10:30 without dinner in my stomach. So was a little worn out Wednesday and knees a little tender. I hope that doesn’t affect my #'s tonight.
