Day 26 - What I have learned so far:
Think of this as a plan to live longer in a healthy state; set goals that are realistic; don't rush it, take it day by day; celebrate all changes, not only weight loss; have at least one buddy that you can communicate with. And most importantly, it's possible. Visualize the action; actualize the vision.
