Recovery day yesterday. Meat and potato last night to build muscles. Thought I'd weigh more this AM. Need to get more sleep!
209.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
