okay... here goes!

I have been struggling with my weight for a long time. I have a personal trainer and I think I eat ok!

But I am recently engaged... YAY!!! and getting married in September! I would like to lose at least 3 dress sizes by my final fitting appointment for my dress!

Also, Terry and I are moving in together. Which means I am moving and will no longer have a personal trainer. and although, he promises to help me... I'm nervous about not having to go to the gym 3 times a week to meet my trainer and that it is all going to be on me.

A friend recommended this to me... so here goes! I have one month left with my trainer so maybe between him and this I will gain the self-confidence to do this on my own!
