I'm feeling off this week. I think I reacted to something I ate...calcium and iron...binding this week...need to do more exercise. Tried a new chiro...felt tender for a few days..didn't do as much as I should have...don't get discouraged..just one week in the rest of your life.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 February 2010:
1475 kcal Fat: 53.72g | Prot: 76.82g | Carb: 169.16g.   Breakfast: almond milk, melon, weight watchers bread, egg, peanut butter. Lunch: Hamburger Casserole, york 100 calorie, cheecha, yogurt, blueberries, banana, orange. Dinner: apple, rye thins, tuna sundried. Snacks/Other: beer, dill pickle cheecha, caesar dressing, salad, chicken wing. more...

Thanks Skinny. I am going to a convention this week....Hopefully I will be walking around a fair bit to counter balance the great food. I don't think I will be logging in for the time that I am gone. That jalapeno chicken recipe looks good in your cookbook....I am still figuring this site out.

Just try to drink as much water as you (kinda hard to do with limited bathroom breaks at a convention). Walking a lot is a good idea. Haven't tried the recipe but it sounded good to me. Have fun on your trip!
