SO yesterday started off great with nuts and fruit for breakfast and a small fajita for lunch...but the two glasses of wine and two bottles of beer I had before, after and during a dinner of pork chops and potatoes definately obliterated my caloric intake goal of 1600!!! Eeks! And although my roomie and I ran around the block to our favorite thrift store, it wasn't quite as exerting as the hour pilates class I was planning on going to would have been.
Woulda coulda shoulda....today is a fresh start!!!
