So have gotten off track. I blame this on good things.. I have been giving more responsibility at work. So working more but training less..it has shown on the scale..so I decide to start training in the morning..plenty of time as I only need to be at work at 9:30...so starting that on Monday.

Congratulations on the new responsibility at work! Great idea to train in the mornings. I don't know about you, but I'm so worn out after work that I have no wherewithal to drag myself to the gym. :)
