Breakfast (7am) - rasberry smoothie with almond milk
Snack (10:30am) - 1 piece naan
Lunch (12:30pm) - turkey/cheese sandwich on naan and carrots
snack (3:30pm) - 1 piece naan
Snack (5:45pm) - string cheese, 2 milano cookies, glass of chocolate almond milk
Dinner (6:30pm) - butternut squash soup, sweet potato fries
Snack @ friend's house (7:30pm) - cheese and bread (too much)

Exercise
ran 1.3mi hard in the a.m.

Heartburn
woke up with sore throat; very mild, but constant heartburn all day
