Back up to 136, ugh, but I think it's just PMS bloating so I won't record it unless it persists :)

I've been maintaining at about 1200 to 1300 calories but I still have significant fat on thighs and abs, so I'm going to cut it down to 900 to 1000 again and see what I can do. (Maybe I'm just counting wrong, but I can't seem to lose unless I drop calories below 1200).

Diet Calendar Entry for 31 January 2012:
