And so begins the slow creep upwards, now that I'm eating real food. But at least it's slow thus far.
I wanted to stay on just fruits and veggies for as long as possible, but I had a crazy strong craving for salmon today, so I gave into it. And I don't regret it one bit--god how I missed protein. It had an orange, cranberry, onion salsa-type thing going on on top, so that counts as fruits and veggies right? =)
Kicked butt at the gym today. I am really loving this daily habit. I can't believe I've managed to keep it up this long--especially going in the morning before work. I have never been the type to accomplish anything worthwhile before 10 am. I did the tally and I've been to the gym 23 times in the past 28 days--CRAZY!!! And exciting.
Setting a new goal today--140.4. That's losing 10% of my weight since my first weigh-in this year. Wish me luck!
