Started walking this past summer. would walk about 6 miles a day. I then started running but had shin splints, painful knees. So I joined Blink Gym. Started running on the treadmil and found it so much easier. I now can run 5k with no stopping. Yeah Me!
Just started doing Zumba. I thoroughly enjoy it.
