Today is day one of starting a new regime!
Broad goals:
drink significantly more water per day stretch daily be health conscious when eating/ grocery shopping be mindful of portion control and listening to my body record caloric intake park and walk into work (weather permitting)
Specific goals:
Lose approx. 10lbs Ab Ripper X 3x per week Join Y and take at least 3 classes per week 1600 calories per day
Yay for new goals and spring/summer just around the corner! Now all I need are some new playlists!
