I decided to switch up diets & not quite sure how to change it. I am now doing the 17 Day Diet (17 day/cycle - 4 cycles). I'm off to a pretty good start. I'll let you know how thing turn out after my first 17 days
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 0.1 lb a week
